holes: book or movie

The holes book and movie are almost the same but there are sum differences. In the book Stanly is over weight in the movie he is not. In the book Mr sir starts smoking again but in the movie he doesn’t. In the book Mr sir has a massive scar from the warden when she cuts him but he doesn’t in the movie.
My post Is not very long because i didn’t see the middle of the movie.

I wasn’t aware of the person having the scar – in the movie or the book.
I hope you do get to see those scenes you missed.
I see you picked up two major difference that showed up the characters, especially Stanley.
